Refund policy
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items received after this period will not be accepted.
2. Original Condition Requirement
All items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, including tags and packaging. Returns with missing/damaged packaging or signs of use may be rejected or subject to reduced refunds.
3. 15% Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns. This fee covers processing and restocking costs and will be deducted from your refund total.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Buyers are responsible for covering return postage costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your receipt until the refund is processed.
5. We don't accept exchanges unless it is our fault.

How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact our team at info@auworkboots.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide.
3. Once received and inspected, your refund (minus the restocking fee) will be processed within 7 business days.
